Katharine is a litigation attorney at the firm representing individuals and businesses in federal, state and local courts in complex civil litigation, professional negligence, wrongful death and personal injury claims, employment matters, civil rights, and general commercial lawsuits.
Katharine moved to New Mexico in 2015 after working for over a decade in New York City at two international law firms handling mostly business disputes, often with concurrent proceedings in foreign jurisdictions. She is experienced in a variety of legal matters including contract disputes, medical malpractice, white collar criminal matters, labor and employment issues, real estate disputes, and the enforcement of judgments.
Her appellate experience includes successfully arguing an appeal to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Katharine also worked as a public defender in New York City for four years.
Katharine is a native Texan who graduated with honors from the University of Texas Law School, where she was a member of the Texas Review of Litigation.
She is licensed to practice in federal and state courts in New Mexico and New York.
