Kristina is a litigator who represents clients in a number of different areas including harassment and discrimination, family law, civil rights, employment, personal injury, and wrongful death. She is committed to justice and to providing first-rate legal representation.
Born and raised in Santa Fe, Kristina graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2006. After obtaining her law degree, Kristina practiced with Holland & Hart, LLP, a top regional firm. While there, she gained expertise in complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts, working on a variety of civil matters, including class actions and civil appeals. The focus of her practice at Holland & Hart was oil and gas work, with the majority of her clients being large energy companies.
In the fall of 2011, Kristina left Holland & Hart to join Rothstein, Donatelli, Hughes, Dahlstrom, Schoenburg & Bienvenu, LLP, a prominent Santa Fe law firm, in order to pursue a practice dedicated to representing individuals. During her time at the Rothstein Law Firm, Kristina enjoyed securing favorable results for individuals who had been wrongfully harmed as well as expanding her practice to the family law arena.
Kristina practiced with her own small law firm, Coberly & Martinez, LLLP, for three years before joining Egolf + Ferlic + Martinez + Harwood in the summer of 2018.
