Kate Ferlic

Kate Ferlic is an attorney practicing in the areas of catastrophic injury / wrongful death, sexual abuse / assault / harassment, equal pay, whistleblower / Fraud Against Taxpayers and civil rights.  Her practice takes her throughout the state of New Mexico and all over the country.  Kate is deeply committed to a client-centered law practice. She is motivated by the belief that the law is a powerful tool for change whether it be obtaining compensation for her client, exposing misconduct, or enforcing a client’s rights.  She believes law can be transformative for the client in getting justice, achieving goals or resolving disputes.
