Joseph Peralta’s lawyer John Day claims discrimination

Taos News December 5, 2014 Taos Country has settled Joseph Peralta’s lawsuit claiming he was fired from the Taos County Sherrif’s Office for being diagnoised with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.  Peralta’s lawyer, Santa Fe attorney John Day claimed his termination constituted discrimination.  “It was easier to fire him than face up to the reality,” Day said. read more at Taos News

August 1, 2014 Los Alamos Monitor Santa Fe attorney Kate Ferlic filed an amendment to Zeynep Unal lawsuit from 2013 againt Los Alamos Public Schools, The Los Alamos School Board, Principal Kathryn Vandenkieboom and Superintendent of Schools Eugene Schmidt.
