Victory for Oritz Middle School Principal

After 14 hours of testimony at a public hearing, Santa Fe Public Schools decided to reverse their decision to fire Ortiz Middle School Principal J. Steven Baca.

Baca’s attorney, Kate Ferlic, said, “This is a huge victory for Steve and for transparency in government. We will wait and see if he will be reinstated. Steve hopes to be.”
