Friday the Medical Board voted to take no action against former Santa Fe doctor Kenneth Stoller except to send an advisory letter. Stoller was wrongfully accused by Dr. Leslie Strickler of allegedly treating a child of medical conditions that did not exist. However, under oath Dr. Strickler denied that Stoller “unnecessarily treated the child.”
Stoller’s attorney, Kate Ferlic of Egolf + Ferlic + Day, said she believes the disciplinary case should never have been filed. “He’s a professional, a very caring doctor,” she said.
