Biography

Kristin is an attorney who focuses on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death, medical malpractice, and sexual abuse/assault/harassment litigation. With a passion for advocating for clients during some of their most challenging times, she focuses on building strong relationships that empower her clients to navigate the legal process with confidence.

Kristin is deeply committed to community service and believes in working to create positive outcomes for New Mexicans both in and out of the courtroom. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law (“UNMSOL”), where she was elected as the President of the Student Trial Lawyers Association, clerked for some of the top plaintiff’s litigators in New Mexico, and externed for the Honorable Matthew L. Garcia in the United States District Court District of New Mexico. During her free time, Kristin also volunteers to teach residents in underserved communities in Albuquerque about their legal rights.
