Kristina Caffrey practices civil litigation with an emphasis on employment, business disputes, and Constitutional/regulatory issues. She prides herself on providing thorough, thoughtful, and creative representation to clients. She has appeared in courts and forums across New Mexico and has presented oral argument before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, pro bono, in support of campaign finance regulation laws. Prior to joining Egolf Ferlic Harwood, Kristina worked in private practice in Albuquerque.
Kristina is a native New Mexican who grew up in Albuquerque. Outside of work, she stays busy with creative writing, appearances in community theater productions, playing the cello, service on the Board of Directors of a local environmental organization, and being a Beatles fanatic. In 2008, Kristina became a three-day Jeopardy! champion.
