Brian Egolf

Brian Egolf is a lawyer from Santa Fe whose roots in Northern New Mexico go back to the days of Territorial New Mexico. In 1912, his great-grandfather was a founder of the New Mexico Progressive Party and served as a delegate for Teddy Roosevelt’s independent campaign for President. Brian is a proud husband and father of two.

Before establishing a law practice in Santa Fe, Brian served in the White House during the Clinton Administration, in the Office of the U.S. Treasury Secretary and in office of Congressman Tom Udall.

Brian is also proud to represent Santa Fe in the New Mexico House of Representatives, where he was selected by his peers to serve as the Speaker of the House. Brian is entering his fifth term in the NM House of Representatives, and has served as House Minority Leader for the past two years.

Brian represents clients in land and water use matters, personal injury claims, medical malpractice, wrongful death, civil rights, whistleblower cases, and complex civil litigation.
